What Does Set-Up Include?
Set-up includes leveling the building with treated wood blocks that we provide. Or we can level the building with the 4″ flat solid concrete and cinder blocks that you provide. Up to 2 layers for free (additional layers are $150/layer paid to the driver).
How Much Space Does the Delivery Driver Need?
There must be sufficient space for the building, truck, and trailer during delivery. Several factors should be considered for the smooth delivery of your building.
The truck and trailer used for delivery may exceed 75′ in length. When loaded with your building, the total height may surpass 15.6′. Low-ranch gates could present challenges for the driver when accessing the property. Low power lines and telephone lines must be considered during delivery.
A minimum of four feet of space from any other structure or property line on all sides of the portable building is required. The overhead clearance should be at least five feet taller than the height of the building. You must choose an alternate location if the driver assesses that there isn’t enough space.
What If the Driver Has to Make an Extra Trip?
If additional trips are required for delivery, the customer will be responsible for covering the entire cost of each subsequent delivery, priced at $3.00 per mile (one way).
What If There Are Obstructions?
Delivery drivers will not trim trees, clear brush or stumps, or remove fences, gates, or other obstructions at the delivery site. Please exercise caution and conservative judgment when dealing with ditches and navigating tight access routes or turns on rural access roads.
Does Instashed Offer a Warranty?
Yes, 3 year craftsmanship warranty, 40 year warranty on the metal and a 50 limited warranty on the siding!
