InstaShed Portable Buildings offers you a choice of three different types of siding based on your needs and tastes:

Pressure-Treated T1 - 11
As the premium all-exterior grade panel, the pressure-treated T1-11 offers the allure of natural wood. It comes from our factory with a cedar stain sealer.
Painted Galvalume Metal
Galvalume metal is a premium, rust-proof material perfect for architectural and building surfaces. You can choose from 15 different vibrant color choices.
Extra-Reliable Pressure-Treated Floor
Each building features a pressure-treated flooring system. 8 and 10-foot buildings boast two 4×6 notched runners with pressure-treated floor joists 16″ on center. However, all 12-foot-wide portable buildings feature four runners. The floor decking is manufactured from ⅝” pressure-treated plywood secured with large 3-inch galvanized, hot-dipped nails.
The Strength of Durable Walls
Every portable building is supported by the strength of walls framed with true 2×4’s 16″ on center. The wall system is double studded every 48″ under siding joints, which provides a significant tiger seam under siding joints. The corners of your building and the bottom plate are nailed to the floor. For maximum durability, all framing is completed with 3″ galvanized, hot-dipped nails.
A Roofing System You Can Rely On
The metal roof offers 15 colors to match or blend with the rest of the building or other buildings. Buildings with metal roofs include a 40-year warranty.
The Devil in the Details
At InstaShed, we know the devil is in the details. We infuse industry-leading construction details to ensure your portable building lasts. For example, all exposed nails are galvanized to prevent rust. More so, exposed nails are ring-shanked. Ring-shanked nails have spirals or ridges that increase the holding power of the nail by 40% or more. The tiny ridges function like wedges or barbs that help secure the nail into the wood once it’s driven.
Our Florida/Coastal Buildings Are Designed for 160 MPH Winds
InstaShed Portable Buildings offer select options that can withstand up to 160 MPH winds. Unlike buildings sold by big box stores, these buildings are approved and licensed for the State of Florida.
